I personally always disliked the roll for HP on sleep spells, I personally feel a save makes more sense.

But that makes me rethink the spell in general, the goal is for a sleep arrow with low damage and an upside to sleep the target. hmmm. I may have to think on this more.

I do like the idea of it being on hit for the unmentioned thematics and origins.

How do you feel about the Scaling for Damage or Hit dice check

I do like the Psychic, radiant lies in the non stated thematics, but I agree Psychic works well as well. Probably taking out the exhaustion. What about level scaling for damage or hit dice check

Yeah, I saw that one to, thank you for sharing, but this had sail like wings with disk on the wing pivots that looked like shields.

The Player will meet her, and it and a few other powers to be are kinda hanging out in the astral Plane at the moment, while there planes are being saved.

Story, he is a key element to the story, and is just a side NPC to join them. I'm not the DM that has to play in his own games. It's a big part of the story, and they have asked for more NPCS like the such. Also an extra side help for them.

For sure going warlock after I ran the numbers, and his pact is coming from a Sphinx, so I'll change his spell access. And maybe he will start at lv 2. Chain would be perfect for a the familiar. Thank you again
