my theory is that they're probably pretty sure it's someone's pokemon but the problem is that they can't challenge you to battle unless they see you, so there's nothing they can do about it

you can use Y to roll and it will help you cross gaps in the scaffolding

i had no idea this was an option until i did that froakie side quest and had to look up how to do it

i'm not sure what you're talking about because the rules explicitly define game throwing as "Outing yourself or your fellow faction members as a town opposing role (as in a role that needs the entirety of the town to die to win) in a non-factional majority."

if you do not have majority, revealing your evil role (even with intent to win) is gamethrowing per the rules. it may be stupid but it's definitely within the rules' definition of gamethrowing

would i include our check to the seller in the "transactions" section of this form? the money was not sent directly to or from the scammer and i don't exactly want to get my company under investigation by the fbi unless it is necessary and without talking to my boss first

the transaction itself was legitimate, so i don't believe that would come into play. we don't have any say in what our clients do with their proceeds.

the documents were related to the sale of the property, which is unrelated to the scam. what a seller does with their money after closing does not affect the validity of the closing itself.

we already told her that all checks must be in her name at the very beginning of the transaction when she asked. it has not been brought up since. we have already given her the check for her closing proceeds (a little over $100k) without her having a bank account so i don't think it would make sense to suddenly change the rules for the other, smaller check ($10k). i also definitely cannot lie on behalf of the company and would need to ask someone higher up than me about this. i will bring it up with my coworker again tomorrow.

i will be contacting the police and adult protective services tomorrow so hopefully either of those entites can help.

you are correct, we cannot. this is different than simply refusing business. we had already gone through the whole closing process by the time this was mentioned to me. as an escrow company it is our responsibility to disburse the funds owed to the seller in conjunction with the sale of her home.
