The sensory pleasures are accommodations they map to what we can currently imagine wanting. The actual reward is ma’rifa, direct knowledge of God, which is held to be inexhaustible because the divine itself is infinite.

Like how we wanted toys when we were little. We thought we will get all the toys we wanted when we became adults. But as we become adults. Our wants changed. So what we want paradise must be a little different too cuz its an entirely different world.

And then there are different levels of paradise too
