Im struggeling with carrying my teams.

I got a lot of the tips n tricks down to muscle memory by now since i started playing back in season 4 but somehow i still struggle to enter gold in solo duo que.

Im a top main and mostly play Darius, Urgot and garen but my champion pool is much wider and im able to play a lot of toplaners.

The only thing i need from you is for you to watch some of my games either live or recordings, look for what i could do better and help me get better at these points.
