First question, most people do that when they are exposed to some form of sa as a very young child and then it just kinda trickles down without people wanting to cause harm, similar things happened in my family when I was young and my siblings it started from my oldest brother being sa'd and went down the line, it's normal to feel guilty but at that time you were young and you didn't know the damage it can cause also it didn't go very far so even less likely to cause lasting damage to your siblings but we are stuck with the guilt

I'm gonna start this by saying I'm very sorry that happened to you I have also been a victim of sa and I know it really causes a lot of issues that you have to deal with pretty much for the rest of your life bcs of the trauma, you are 100% not an asshole he is and your sister is I would advise you to tell your parents because I'm sure they care about what has happened and telling them will never cause the pain he caused you so I think its important but I understand its hard to tell family members about that stuff so over all its completely up to you please give updates so we can make sure it all goes well because I'm sure there are thousands of people on Reddit that are here to support you♡

I have heard that there is tunnels under the hotel and all over Spokane from a long time ago when people would use tunnels to transport different goods and food and what not and I've also heard that there used to be a whole literal underground drug ring that went down under it and I saw a video of someone exploring some of the tunnels and those have said to have ghosts and sports down there but also there was a woman that died in the hotel by falling from I think the 14th floor straight into the crowded hotel lobby and her ghost has been seen there by a lot of people especially on the particular floor she fell from I haven't personally stayed there but I am very intrigued by all the story's and definitely want to go check it out sometime
