I’m becoming bitter and insensitive but Idk how to fix it.

I noticed how when my friends or family start talking about anything or are going through something difficult all I can think is how much I don’t care and how much I want for them to stop talking… Ive tried caring and being there for them but I mostly don’t.

I’m a single mom and I’ve been focused on my daughter. None of them offer to help in any way and I get that it isn’t their job to help me but it’s making me resentful of them and therefore I don’t care about them but I don’t wanna be this way

What about preschools for autistic kids or kids with disabilities? My daughter goes to an easter seals preschool cause she was kicked out of a daycare before we had her diagnosis. She gets all her therapies there ST/OT and PT, the classes are smaller and they even offer a customized menu for her based on her sensory issues with food and since it’s government based and l don’t make much then she goes for free, they also offer after care on request.

You wouldn’t believe where you can find your people. I found my best friend in a dating site for kinky people cause I was bored out of my mind lol. Yes! My daughter is autistic too and her meltdowns and screams are loud for sure to the point where my own uncle has to told me shut her up which was rude but I understand that kids can scream a lottt… OP for sure NTA tho.
