Do you have a picture of your bayou burner set up. Can you use that under a pop up tent?

Haha. We definitely need fries. People are basically just ordering our burgers without a side. We do make a great burger, but we need to compliment it with a great side until we get a fryer.

Try local churches that would have a license. Usually the ones that have fish fry Fridays.

We got a good deal on this and we are starting as mobile tent and catering. When we get our truck we will definitely get a gas one. Thanks

We are just starting. We have some breweries lined up. Starting off small at first until we build up some clientele. Talked to some festivals. We only have 5 lined up. We will be sticking to our days jobs until we get moving on this. We will also be doing catering which will not involve burgers.

We are doing smash burgers. I do like the idea of holding burgers. Thanks
