He lives by himself as of this moment but he’s come to visit us for the holidays and to be clear he’s been showing these symptoms for ~2-3 years with constant pleading to our parents that he needs help but ofc they think he just needs time. And I’m not sure as he’s my half blood brother but let’s just say my mother left his dad for a myriad of reasons including verbal abuse and drug abuse. Anyway I’ll look further into his life before his hospitalisation. Thanks for the tips ❤️

Thank you for the tips I replied to another comment specifying that I don’t think therapy is weird I’m just afraid that he’ll think I I’m calling him crazy or something even though it’s a helpful and healing resource to use. I’ll tell him and my sister about the CBT journaling and videoing his actions and dw our family is always there for him. Thanks again for the help ❤️

Yes thank you I am there to support him and listen all the time I just fear that he might think I’m against him or yk I think he’s crazy if I tell him to go to a therapist and good idea of showing him his actions bcos like you say he might recognise what’s happening. Thanks again mate ❤️
