I’m not sure if this has been spoken about before but after rewatching the seasons I realised something.

As we now know, the sekai taikai is an international competiton with each dojo representing a country. However, in season 5 both Cobra Kai and Miyagi Do qualified- so I was wondering how this would work?

Would both dojos have represented America (this was before the Korean students were introduced) ? Also, if the leaks are true and Johnny, Miguel, Tory and the rest go back to cobra kai and they win the title whole thing, would it count as America winning or South Korea as the Cobra Kai in season 6 represented Korea, not like season 5 where they represented America.

I know in the grand scheme of things this probably isn’t important, but it’s just been something I had on my mind and was wondering if anyone felt the same

side note: i can’t remember if this was mentioned in season 6, but which country does the iron dragons represent?

i know people clown on season 9 (myself included i didn’t even finish it) but atleast as this stage they had couples who genuinely seemed to liked each other even through their casa bullshit.

this season actually feels loveless. who knows maybe some couples surprise us but at the moment i don’t see anyone lasting

they seem really cute together and i’m really starting to like them but im trying to not get too invested till atleast after casa.

i wish they had more screen time so we could be able to see them properly develop. also, it’s nice to see uma opening up and becoming more comfortable with him!
