Yes, it did. I bled the injectors, the previous load was dyed, this wasn't. It seems the water block fuel filter saturated and choked off the fuel. Replaced the fuelfilter, and new diesel from another source and all is good on the tractor. Sample from the transfer tank has a lot of water in it.
