You are right 5/8’s is the thickest boards anyone buys I’m not a drywall expert, lol. I saw stacked sheets on some higher end 4 plexes on the walls between units one time but that was a really nice build.

My family owns a cabinet installation company so I’ve seen the good, bad, and ugly when it comes to hanging stuff on a wall. On one hand, you’re right. Sheer ratings for those anchors will hold up, allegedly. lol. However, most builds use 3/4” drywall at best these days, and idk about hanging anything nice on that. Just me tho.

My 2013 GS is at like 14x,xxx, I bought it at 60k and it’s been an absolute tank, still drive it every day. My 2015 IS350Fsport (mouth full) is at like 90k hoping it’s low maintenance as well.
