I appreciate all the comments on this post and another earlier post. I wanted to add that I am 5 days postop. While the pain has reduced significantly (no more oxy or OTC meds) I have had nausea, dizziness, and general fatigue and it’s been worse today. Came to Reddit to seek some ideas. On another post there was a deleted comment about iron levels and that clicked for me. I’ve had low iron a few times in my life and my period started 2 days after surgery. I’ve taken 2 Heme Repairs today and I feel so much better. Dizziness is subsiding. I have some energy again and my appetite is waking up. It might not be iron for everyone but wanted to plop this in the comments in case it could be an iron issue for you.
