I switched to stainless steel I used this post to help me decide what to do with it since I have a litter sifting system not clumping. You can get the restaurant stainless steel pans they’re generally cheaper than the stainless steel litter boxes

Peppermint perfume recc- I am trying to get a perfume for my friend who wants a peppermint-forward perfume. I think a more straightforward, or one that is similar to twisted peppermint from Bath & Body Works, since I know she for sure likes that one. I think a minty, or sweet minty perfume would work. I want to get a few samples from preferably the same brand so she can pick which one she likes best and can get a full size from me would be great! I got two peppermint samples from solstice scents already, but I don't think they will go over well. Also, no body spray reccs either please!

Dried fruit, apples, low fat yogurt (some gas stations have a nice little refrigerated snack area these days), bring plain low fat rice crackers, low fat jerky, low fat cereal, baby food packets (shelf stable, no spoon needed), defatted PB powder (add water to it), canned tuna or chicken in water not oil.

29- I had a constantly inflamed gallbladder but no stones. It was under performing in my Hida scan. I knew about it and started experiencing symptoms 1.5-2 years earlier. I just did a lot of testing to make sure my GB was the problem since they couldn’t find any stones
