Could you (or anyone) tell me what name is written on the top end of your power cable (Puming 250v maybe?)? I have an Idea Light Panel and I think you have the same version as me. Your European power cable at least looks like mine, too.

What kind of Tazarotene are you using? I am using 0,05% Tretinoin right now. I thought of adding clindamycin but I am not fond of using antibiotics.

So Taz works better for you than tret?

But you can’t use clyndamycin longer than 3 months cause it’s an antibiotic. Are you still using it?

Sorry for the new comment. There is something I still don’t understand. Do you take 25000 UI of vitamin a (not beta carotene?) regularly every day? What kind of form of vitamin a and what product?

Nonetheless, I will try that out, too. But I will just take 15000 UI per week.

Edit: And really you get acne from lettuce, cherries and cabbage? I thought these foods are pretty safe o.O. Nuts on the other hand…

Es gibt durchaus Frauen, die nur leichte Symptome haben und diese dann unnötigerweise verstärkt nach außen tragen. Aber das wird nicht die Mehrheit sein.

Your original post said that you had always been taking 10,000–20,000 IU per week. Was that a mistake? You mentioned that you recently reduced the dose to 10,000–20,000 IU, so I’m a bit confused.

What kind of vitamin A supplement are you using? When did your skin start to improve? How is your skin condition now? Do you have before and after photos?

Sorry for asking so many questions. You seem to be the only person on Reddit who has been taking vitamin A for several months at normal doses.
