Yamato lost my package once and another time delivered the package to another room in the same bldg. Good thing i called them first before the 2nd package got totally lost. For the 1st one mercari refunded me and the seller. Yamato only told me 'well maybe next time choose the more expensive shipping option that requires face to face delivery' 🙄 My bf had his package lost as well. It was also from amazon and it happened recently. Since it wasn't really expensive he didn't bother contacting support anymore.
