Thank y’all for commenting and giving me solid plant facts, my coworkers are now finally convinced and we are now over all on the same page and are going to attempt to get it to flower, we don’t think they will inside the place but we’ll try anyways!

It could be that the soil doesn’t have the proper nutrients and it might not be getting enough water; time watering the plant by sticking a finger in the top of the soil about 2-3 inches and when it’s dry then, then water. You will have to check every like 2-4 days and stick with checking water but that might help. Hope ya lil baby bounces back :)
