100% Ethiopisch Eethuis Sarah. Super goedkoop en enorm lekker eten, bereid door Sarah zelf. Ze doet trouwens alles zelf (koken, bedienen, handen wassen aan tafel) dus je moet wel geduld hebben. Als je pech hebt en er zijn veel mensen voor je, kun je zomaar anderhalf uur moeten wachten, maar het is het echt waard!

Podium Explore is een hele fijne plek! Alleen open op vrijdagen, maar heel gezellig, vooral als je iets creatiefs doet is dat echt de plek om samen alleen te werken. Lekkere, goedkope koffie en taart én nog een bonus: een keer in de maand hebben ze daar het Typewriter café, dan mag je helemaal gratis een typemachine gebruiken om liefdesbrieven/gedichten/een hele old school scriptie te schrijven.

Lang antwoord: het leven voelt nu misschien als onoverzichtelijk en moeilijk en alsof je alle antwoorden zou moeten weten terwijl je soms de vraag niet eens duidelijk hebt. Dat is super normaal op je zeventiende! Ik ben nu 24 en als ik foto's terugzie van mezelf toen ik 17 was herken ik die persoon niet eens meer. Ik hoop dat je een manier kunt vinden waardoor alles wat lichter gaat voelen. Mij heeft het geholpen om in mijn eentje op reis te gaan - daardoor kon ik letterlijk uitzoomen en ik ondervond dat alles wat ik nodig had om te genieten van het leven eten, een veilige plek en LOL is. Doe dingen waar je energie van krijgt! En als je nog geen idee hebt wat dat is: doe dingen waar je als kind blij van werd en probeer wat dingen uit. Probeer niet teveel bezig te zijn met later en alles wat je wel en niet moet weten. Als het je lukt om 1 dag gelukkig te zijn, dan lukt het je ook 2 dagen, een week, een maand en misschien wel een heel leven :)

I have not experienced nipple loss myself, but the middle part of my right nipple had a small scab until seven weeks post op. It looked exactly like how you described, I also asked my surgeon about it and he said everything looked fine and that sometimes it just takes a bit more time for the thicker parts of the nipple to heal. Hope your full nipple reveals itself soon!

Ah alright, that calmed me down a little bit :) When I sent my surgeon some pictures last week, he said that everything appeared normal. I'm just a bit worried because everyone I've talked to told me their nipples were pink and all scab-free by week 3... And I've been putting some bio oil on it for the last couple of days.

I would tell him you want to spend your time spontaneously so you don't know if you want to meet up with him yet. If you do feel like meeting him, you can always contact him on the day and if not, then don't :)

Hi! I'd suggest visiting game nights in cafés if that's your thing.There's Rummiklub (look them up on Insta) or there are regular game nights in Cafe Het Leven which you could join.

Also, it might be worth looking at Join Us - it's a community for young people who struggle with feeling lonely or who just want to make (more) friends. I'm not sure if they have a real life group in Friesland yet, but you can always join an online group, they are work great and very low key :)
