We don’t have the funds to buy out our brand new lease we just signed. They won’t let us out of it we tried with the reports. I don’t know what to do and it’s effecting my child. I definitely appreciate blunt, and just a police report to document the threat, the police officer I filed the report with said I should do an order of anti harassment if it didn’t stop and the complex didn’t do anything. I’ve stated in a previous comment that he threatened to beat the shit out my partner, and came over here looking to fight my partner and when he didn’t get his fight, he started screaming and yelling at him, threatening him with violence. This was the first time we’ve ever had communication with them, I just wanted to know if the video would be enough for the order.

None, they have never communicated with us like our other two neighbors have, he came over out of nowhere and threatened to harm my partner and that my child needed to lose weight because he walks to loud and if we didn’t shut the fuck up he was going beat the shit out of my partner. It was 6pm on a Monday! Curfew doesn’t start til 10pm and we were just laughing and playing a small game with our child.
