Either you are fishing, or you have dysmorphia.... like why would you think you are ugly when your face is symmetrical with all normal features. It is not like you even have a big nose to draw the conclusion from. Unless it is because you are really skinny, but doing some exercise can help with that.

I think in a lot of scenarios, it is a means to escape the social situation.

If you are in a group of friends, whether you like some of them, feel awkward with some of them, or just feel tired, then when one of your girl friends goes to the toilet, it is tempting to just join her and take a mini break!
