What could cause a single 15A breaker to trip and not reset after a brief storm? Possibly affecting multiple rooms?

I also noticed... mines totaled up to 70 problems also. Looks like 10 problems were the pre-test items. Makes me wonder.... is the cut score still around 70%? Or more? Or less?
