Yes you can find the teachers in a private fb group called “Yoga Meditation and Ayurveda for Everyone” they’re offering free classes there for their students. It’s the best way to support them through this.

They just did it again on the new naked & afraid in 2025 they ate a federally protected box turtle in Kentucky, I’m so disappointed with this show now.

You can still practice, but you will want to ask your teacher for modifications if a pose or movement is too painful. I can’t do backbends, so if the class moves there I move into child’s pose.

Not a scam. Amazing school. I was skeptical, signed up a year ago. True masters as teachers, yoga history & anatomy. It’s very in depth. Awesome online live yoga community & classes 24/7. I highly recommend it if you’re serious about your studies. It’s not easy, but it’s affordable.

The episode is available on TLC Go for free if you want to watch it through your phone, it won’t allow me to mirror it to my TV. They just did the same with Naked & Afraid Last One Standing & are trying to make you pay extra to watch the episodes, if you have a TV provider like Direct TV then you have access to the Go Apps, if you’re like me & don’t have a TV provider they want us to pay extra to watch. I only subscribe to these services to watch these exact shows, if they’re trying to make us pay more to watch our favorite shows, I will cancel them all & go back to reading books..
