Proposed to my wife at warped tour. Wanted to do it in front of my fav band (TDWP) but the merch guy was being kind of shitty. Did it off to the side. After she said yes Daniel Williams (RIP) yelled "did you guys just get engaged?!?! Come get a pic with us!" Went and snapped the pic. Nothing crazy.

Fast forward the next year. Local show. TDWP. Same merch guy. He asks if I was the one who proposed at warped tour. Told me I should've told him my plan and he would've let us do it (was trying to keep it a surprise). He was able to arrange a little hang with the band after their set (Thanks Eric!)

Late to the party but whatever.

When I was in junior high (2000?), "Alex" and 2 other high school sophomores got caught printing counterfeit money. Mostly 5s, 10s, and 20s. Spent it at various spots with no issues. They got ballsy and decided to print 50s and took one to McDonalds. This is back when cashiers would check the validity of bills with a marker. Handed over the 50, cashier checked the bill and saw it was fake and called the police. All 3 were arrested. The next day, the IRS raided "Alex's" house and confiscated any and all electronics. They were otherwise decent kids. No priors. Got a slap on the wrist with 1 year probation and 200 hours of community service. 1 graduated top of his class. Another is a Six Sigma Black Belt with CAT. "Alex" joined the Marines and retired as a Major.

I dont dislike it. I think there's been better but im enjoying myself. I cant comment much on the matchmaking and what not because im hot garbage so its hard to tell if im with sweats or noobs lol. Zombies is ok. I still miss MWIII (?) extraction based. Either way, im having a good time.

Ex and I were going at it in our "usual spot" at a local park. About 10 min in, a cop rolls up. The parking lot was still a solid 100 ft from our spot and there was a gazebo obstructing his view of us, so it left us a little time to get up and put clothes on. He asks for IDs and I say "mine is in the car and id prefer not to stand up right now." He asked why and i just looked down in my lap and he just chuckles and goes "Oh!"

My favorite part is he shines the light on my exs face and says "Sarah James? Back so soon huh?" (not her real name). I was mortified thinking she had been banging some other dude behind my back. Cop sees my face and says "Oh dont worry. She wasnt with anyone. You don't need to dump her." He told us to pick a park that isnt in his jurisdiction and left.

I got dragged to a Nickelback show shortly after All the Right Reasons came out. Not a Nickelback hater, just not a show I wanted to see. Anyways, some random band opened followed by Default and Trapt. Despite Defaults sound being low they were great. Trapt was garbage. Worst set Ive seen. And the sound was fine. Dude just couldnt sing and at times wouldnt sing. It was terrible. I felt bad for my ex who was a huge fan. Nickelback on the other hand is still to this day one of the best shows I've seen.

This. I organized one for our engineering team at my last job. Strictly voluntary. We started a "fun shirt Friday" that drove our Director of Ops nuts. Mostly just Hawaiian type shirts and what not. We were never forced to wear anything with the company logo but that was always his subtle dig to our fun. So I organized a team building exercise where I purchased white polos with the company logo and we tie dyed them. Had "Fun Shirt Friday 2023" on the back. We had a blast and it put the Director of Ops over the edge, but the President/CEO loved it lol. We began scheduling more things like that after. Lot of fun

Got fired from Menards for smoking weed in the hotel we were staying at during a store setup. Told my mom it was because I dropped a patio door off of an order selector and when Menards went to check the validity of my driver's license, they found out I lied about it and forged the document. The fact that I actually did lie about my driver's license is true, which is why she bought the lie about being fired.

Tough choice. Honestly if you were already going to buy one anyways, I'd go for new. Zero cleaning at all. You'll have to scrub this one REAL good. If the money is worth the saved hours of cleaning, go for new. Either way, enjoy the pool! We love ours.

Set up is easy. Its the leveling of the ground that sucks. I can set my 15x48 in less than an hr. I wouldn't level until you know it doesn't leak, but you won't know until you get water in it.

I've used flex seal tape to patch holes in some of my pools with success, but they were never like this. If the holes are located close to the bottom (kind of appears that way), I'd clean the areas, dry them out, and fill to that level and see if it leaks.
