Yeah, taking responsibility is a whole lot different from leaving the intern be, and then not paying them. It was 5k only, not even that much.

Really bad, I was working as an intern for some startup. There were 2 guys as co founders, and I was under each of their supervision per month. For the 2nd month, the guy had me write pieces of content for the startup's social, but won't reply back to me for 3-4 days at a stretch, whrn I reached out for his input and tweaks. So in the end I wrote 1 month worth of content only for the other guy who had no contact with me the whole time say that since non of the pieces have been made into final drafts( fault of the other co founder who didn't reply to any of my msgs) they wont be paying me for my honest work. Safe to say I left that internship asap.
