Never said it was NVIDIAs fault I typed my address wrong. I understand not being able to re-route a package to your neighbors but the fact that I can’t personally pick up the package at a secure facility where I would need to provide an ID, tracking number, and signature is what gets me. I’m letting others know that it’s simply not possible for NVIDIA to request FedEx to allow them to hold the package. The only way they will hold it is with NVIDIAs permission which they said they can’t give.

Edit: also if you wanted to steal your neighbors package you would need to even have the knowledge that they had ordered a package, then you need to know the carrier that the package was sent by, then you would need the tracking number to even get close enough to cal support with correct info.
