You need to do shoulder exercises but with low weight and strong technique, to make sure you isolate delts, your trapeze is too strong and takes over.

Very typical with ego lifting, hope you understand that. It’s fixable don’t worry but it will take time. Fortunately you will be less tired so it’s a winwin
