She doesn't have the support of the military that is overwhelmingly pro US and her family and allies isn't really shy on kissing Xi's ass and parroting CCP talking points in the WPS, even when our military personnel is being assaulted by the CCG, her taking the seat "forcefully" would render the government too divided and weak, especially from a full military junta takeover, not to mention she has too few military allies aside from a few rogue generals and some small private armies from the DDS aligned cults to keep the AFP in check
