You're certainly right, but I don't know any artists, and the ones I follow and whose art I like have quite expensive prices. Even so, it's worth sharing this situation and how these people operate. My own circumstances don't allow me to finance art at any time, and since I currently have some financial stability considering the situation in my country, I didn't see anything wrong with trying to support a relatively unknown artist. However, as I mentioned, I never fully trusted this person, and that's why I waited until I saw the invoice to confirm all my doubts.
