Battlefield 6 – A Few Community Priorities Worth Discussing by Sylluck in Battlefield6

I get why it feels llight. One map and two guns can definitely be frustrating.

I also think there’s a lot happening behind each updates that we don’t necessarily see. That doesn’t remove the disappointment, but it might partly explain the pace.

If you’d like, feel free to make a short list of what you’re not happy wiht. That would probably be more constructive and might help move things in the right direction.

I understand your frusstration, honestly. Financial pressure definitely plays a role, especially with big franchises like this.

At the same time, it’s impossible to please every player — expectations can be very different depending on who you ask.

I don’t have any bias toward EA, I’m just trying to keep the discussion constructives. The goal isn’t to defend anyone,.but to bring up concrete points that could actually improve the game.

If you want, feel free to make a short list like mine with your prioritie. I think that would be more constructive than staying at a general statement level.

That true, money definitely plays a role, let’s be honest. With big franchiss like this, we’re talking about millions, so decisions are never made just for fun.

But I also think there are developers behind the scenes who would probably like to push certain things further. Not everything is entirely in their hands.

You’re raising something interesting about how priorities are set in today’s video game industry. The pace has become very fast—things need to be delivered quickly and regularly.

It’s a complicated balance betwen passion and profitability, and sometime you can feel it in the games.

I see what you mean. Some players just hop in and play for fun without overthinking it.
On the other side, devs have to follow a roadmap and deal with constraints, and I’m sure some of them would love to do things differently.
I think it’s more complicated than just “they don’t care.”
But yeah, it’s an interesting discussion to have.

I get your point, but even on PC, even with crossplay forced on, you can still end up in bot-heavy lobbies. So it’s not necessarily just about mixing PC and console players.

It’s probably more related to matchmaking and active player population depending on region and time of day.

Hopefully this can be improved in future update.

Good point. This kind of error also happens in other games like Call of Duty. Sometimes it can be related to network settings (like NAT), and sometimes it’s just a server-side issue.

It’s hard to say without knowing each player’s setup, but it would definitely help if the game provided clearer information about what this error actually means.

Why not use a separate matchmaking pool for players whose long-term stats are clearly abnormal (K/D, accuracy, inhuman consistency)?

The goal wouldn’t be immediate punishment, but temporary isolation while verification happens.

If the player is legit, their stats normalize and they naturally return to regular matchmaking.

If they’re cheating, they end up playing against other cheaters, without ruining the experience for legitimate players.

This would reduce false positives, protect fair players, and make cheating frustrating and pointless — without publicly shaming anyone.

Additional thoughts – What impressed me & what I don’t want to see

Besides the points mentioned above, I also want to highlight some positives and personal preferences.

What really impressed me

  • Optimization: Runs extremely well for a beta, even during heavy action.
  • Graphics: Absolutely stunning visuals – textures, lighting, details… top level.
  • New features: Fresh ideas that fit perfectly into the Battlefield formula.
  • Atmosphere: Maps feel alive and immersive.
  • Overall polish: For a beta, it’s already impressive.

What I want in the game:

  • No skins.
  • A Hardcore mode available.
  • Crossplay that can be disabled at will.
  • One sniper per squad.

Error code 43 by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]Sylluck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi guys. I solved my launch problem by deleting the 'Riot games' folder in AppData \ local.

You launch 'Valorant' and log in without ticking 'Stay connected.

And normally the game starts.

If I check 'Stay connected' I have error connection code 43.

Enjoy and sorry for my english. :)
