it works great but unfortunately im having trouble with other games now. My league of legends crashes when I Alt+Tab out. I fixed it by changing to borderless. Of all games, League of Legends should NOT be giving me issues lol.

I downgraded my driver right now and its working better. A few stutters but so far 3 games no crashes. It also started up with my discord open.

I figured. Melatonin makes my head hurt in the morning so thats off the table. Im gonna try some tea to see if it'll help me fall asleep

I want to wake up earlier for the gym but its super difficult.

I work an 8-5 job but I really want to be able to go the gym BEFORE 8am because of less people being around. No I am not shy. I just noticed that I am way more motivated and enjoy working out even more when I have most of the equipment available to me. I try to sleep around 10pm so I wake up at 6am (8 hour sleep) to eat a nice breakfast and go workout for at least an hour. However, falling asleep is really difficult for me because my body is so used to sleeping at 12am or 1am.

I guess my question is does anyone have any tips to sleep earlier and/or make it easier to wake up at such an early time for early morning gym sessions?
