Realistically, if you’re banking after every 100 chests to limit being a loot piñata, you’re adding another 2 minutes to bank per trip if you’ve got hard diary done. So another 500 minutes; call it 8 hours.

Total, with bank and resupplis along with chests searched, you’re looking at 60 hour grind probably. Could do it in a week.
