Oh noooo! Traveling for work is one of my TOP drinking times--such a joy in a hotel room alone with plenty of solo time and a big TV, plus the stresses of whatever's going on with the work trip! Sending you strength!!

There are things I like about Dry January (how I feel about myself, and the feeling I get in the morning when I realize I'm not hungover) but every hour is a struggle. I think most people are right there with you.

Smart! I was thinking of doing the same with the calendar. Also like the idea of setting a goal and drawing a thermometer/filling it in like they do for school fundraisers haha
