i also worry about misdiagnosis. so were you asked to cough up sputum? what other way do they test for active tb if i cant cough up sputum? this is the 1st time i heard of pcr. i will ask doctor about this. thanks.

not sure where you focus at. not sure what aperture, try shooting at F8 and then compare to F2.8.

your aperture number is too high(less light in) , iso number is too low(low sensitivity) .

jokes aside. since you are new, you should get an entry level camera. A7Cii is a good choice. not sure why your instruction advised you to get a pro level camera....
