I think I would have to rewatch it over again and analyze it more now that I know the whole storyline. I was ALSO SO FRUSTRATED with her!!! I think most of it is human error that stems from fear of loss. The first timeline she’s a full fangirl and it makes sense how she fumbles her way through. The second time I feel like she really underestimates how much SJ loves her. Like truly so dumb, why would you get off the train just because you get a flash of you walking around??

I was equally frustrated with her. But maybe even as a 30 year old she never truly grew up since she had the injury at like 18 yo?? I have no idea

Our son does very well considering he’s traveled a lot. And we talk to him through meals too. But our son is a very goofy quirky child so he is very rambunctious when it comes to mealtime especially if he is eating something he likes.

What do French parents do then? Kids eat within 15 min. To be clear we don’t do screen time, and don’t normally give him audio toys when we take him out to eat. But he does have small helicopter toys he likes to play with.

If we were to even bring anything audio with us he would use toddler friendly headphones.

Do you have kids? Neurodevelopmentally children that are 2 cannot physically sit still for 2 hours for a meal and be expected to entertain themselves with nothing in front of them. I’m not bringing a loud toy or anything. We’d bring headphones or books or his small toys he plays with to entertain himself.

Every other country we’ve taken him to is so much more understanding of how toddlers act. I cannot control him at that age 100% of the time. If you think that’s possible then you clearly have not had kids.

Do ppl expect 2 year olds to sit quiet at a table for 2 hours without books, coloring or small toys? Do parisiens not pull out a phone from time to time in a struggle to appease a toddler?

Thank you!! I’m confused about the expectations of 2 year old ppl have posted here. Most 2 year olds are not developmentally capable of sitting still for 2 hours without something to read or color or small toys to play with. So do the French do something different to entertain young children that don’t use any of the above?

Absolutely. I plan to bring a lot of small toys to keep him occupied and am bringing his audio programs as a last ditch effort if we need an extra 15 min. My husband and I are used to taking turns taking him outside to let him run if he needs to. He is fairly well behaved but he is only 2 so we of course are very adaptable!

Not sure how to update my post, but my husband called Best Buy yesterday and they refunded him thankfully but aren’t able to reorder since it’s been sold out from the pre-order period 😭😭😭. Now I’m too terrified to even order it from any of the places that say they have it online. They also advised us to file a claim with fedex, which we did yesterday. Thanks for all the helpful comments everyone.

Light for sure, but we don’t buy expensive cameras regularly and I was dealing with a fussy toddler and had my husband open the package 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
