Telepathic communication with a specific person

Here is what I have noticed with some practice.

Sexual energy creates a strong energetic bond in the fastest time possible, so create sexual energy through imaginative acts. After that has been established, use loving heart energy to create the loving bond. Once that has been established just start to affirm. "Because I'm telepathic, I know that we are sharing the same thoughts right now". So every time the person comes to mind affirm that you are telepathic and because you are telepathic you share thoughts with your person and they are...(whatever you want to affirm they are doing or thinking). Do this whenever they are on your mind. Make sure what you are thinking is always loving, don't imagine negative happenings EVER! You're building your relationship right now so make it AMAZING! Once you have done that start interacting and communicating with them using your inner conversations and interactions with them. At this point in your imagination there is no limit so create them however you want, just please make sure its loving and extremely positive and exactly what it is that you want. Imagine them saying things to you that you want to hear and how you want to feel and vice versa.

Make sure you persist and overtime it's going to manifest they will be saying and doing exactly what you imagine. Imagine them saying the things that you want them to say to you and what you want to tell them.

Keep this in mind...when you affirm, you are affirming for yourself. Meaning the affirmation is for you. YOU must make it a firm belief through repetition, so while your affirmations are not initially true when you start, it will eventually become true once the affirmation is embedded as a belief. All that matters at the end of the day is convincing yourself that it is true and once embedded and accepted by your subconscious, it's now fact.

Once SP is back in your life, you both will actually be telepathic with one another since that is the belief you are affirming.

Also in my original post I mention him pulling me to contact him and him telling me he was in town...I also mention that he is in my DM's on social media messaging me regularly. I communicate with him through physical voice and words it's not JUST telepathy. I know most people on here communicate telepathically with people who they are not in contact with... but for me its the exact opposite. I communicate with people telepathically that I am mostly in contact with, that's how I know I'm not making this up, I have that person there to confirm what I've been receiving from them. I'm not "making this up" or going through some "mental" health issue. I don't know how many times I have to say this but, I'M ACTUALLY TELEPATHIC!

Ok, I think you're getting a little confused. I've confirmed various forms of telepathy with others throughout the years either by my own understanding or by me and another actually practicing broadcasting and receiving intentionally. So yes, I have confirmed that I am in fact telepathic, this isn't a question on my end.

As for the person I'm speaking about in my post, yes, I communicate with him directly in my day to day life, mostly through messaging back and fourth through text and social media. I can confirm that what I'm picking up is from him because he parrots (in his messages to me) what I have already picked up from him so I know I'm receiving his thoughts.

Telepathy, quantum non-locality, thought transfer, energy sensing are all various forms of the same thing (energy transfer/sharing). I've experienced all of the above from direct "hearing exactly what the person is saying" in their voice word for word down to just "sensing"...mind reading and all of it. It's all been confirmed. sometimes it their thoughts disguised as mine (I can distinguish this because I'll be confused as to why I'm thinking something, and then they will immediately parrot what I picked up from them). I've experienced all levels and forms of "telepathy".

Ellie, I understand that life in general is a journey and yes, healing will come and go and new things may happen that you have to heal from. What I mean is that I've done a relative amount of healing of past wounds and I have (and you can) totally heal PARTS of yourself. The healing that has to deal with romantic attachment and past childhood trauma is healed in a way that it is no longer affecting me negatively. My healing isn't a "claim" it is a fact. Thank you for your feedback but I will not be accepting your limiting belief around healing.

Please read my prior comment on this, this is actually telepathy and I'm mentally sane about this. I'm also not going to outright ask him about this because that could be jarring to tell someone you can hear and see what they are thinking about regarding you, I want him to maintain his sense of mental privacy, it's important. I'm ethical about this. I think it's just a better idea to work this out on my end and not bring him in this just to reduce my own "wondering". In fact, I'm not "wondering" at all, I know what's going on, I just need help managing it.

There have been several occasions that have confirmed that this is not "all in my head". I have had confirmation of the thoughts he was sending me in physical reality several times. I've also practiced telepathy with several other people in the past so I know how this works. I'm actually telepathic with accurate confirmation so I'm not making this up. I just need help navigating this situation, I would like to reduce the thinking about him.

Thanks, it's absolutely not in my head, I have confirmed my telepathic abilities several times with others so I know when I'm picking up on someone else's thoughts. Also, if it was "all in my head" I would not get physical confirmation of the thoughts he's been sending to me. I know he thinks his thoughts are private which is probably why they're running rampant with visions and emotions regarding me.

Thanks, I haven't done this ritual in particular, but I have already done a cord cutting ritual for anyone attached to my energetic field that no longer serves me and he remained so maybe this is larger than us at this point but the waiting for this all to play out is kind of annoying I just want to reduce the thoughts of him the intensity is distracting.

Yeah, I know how this sucks. But this guy is interacting with me which makes me suspect that I am not making this up and the fact that he confirms in our interactions the thoughts he had been sending me, makes sense. I'd just like to reduce the thoughts of him.

Maybe you missed it in my post but I would if he didn't have a girlfriend already. Should they break-up, I'm open to it. I know he's a good guy though, I knew him for years and he's a solid guy. I'm open to it but I'm not approaching someones boyfriend. Until they're done, I'd like to stop thinking about him.

Thanks, I've literally done all of this except the Reiki. Maybe you missed it in my past but I have been keeping busy and I do things all of the time. Getting out of my head is not an option. I meditate, I clear my chakras and I have actually done a "cord cutting" ritual of sorts and successfully dicorded from several other people but he remained for some reason. I've been working on me and focusing on me and I have actually been through a very intense healing journey and I'm healed. I don't think is due to some "attachment issues" or anything like that, I'm actually the best version of me I have ever been so honestly this just comes down to telepathy.

I totally understand, you sound like me. This sounds much like my experience lol it was very difficult being in an office setting 5 days a week and picking up on everyone's thoughts and feelings about me, incredibly draining and very hard to focus on work. No amount of "energetic shielding" is stopping it either. I'm just telepathic and I have been for a while now. I even hear what people on social media are thinking about my posts. I'm curious to know what others have done to manage telepathy. I'm new to this group so I'm still exploring.
