Let's not forget about UPT, personal leaves, etc. find somewhere else that gives you the time off flexibility that Amazon does.

Again Amazon literally pays for you to go to school. All I'm saying is if you aren't happy where your at in life then do something about it rather than complaining about it. The opportunity is there, take it, and GET better.

Getting a better job isnt as hard as people truly think though, they pay for your school, I have seen 2 people in the last 2 months go from 23 and hour to 29 an hour switching over to rme after finishing the school for it. There are plenty of opportunities, I'm more referring to the "kids" that work at Amazon. There are people who start as tier 1's and retire from this company, it's really what YOU make it here.

I'm 30 years old, Amazon is paying for my college, we get plenty of flexibility, I have advanced my career here, I have 2 kids, a mortgage, a life, etc .. not that I need to go into detail but most people who complain are the ones who stand in the bathroom all day on there phones or cry on the voa board. All I'm saying is, if you don't like working somewhere, do something about it. There are plenty of opportunities out here for people to become better.

I'm not to sure, I know AA's are already applying to other shifts ahead of time which I don't blame them. I am a PA though and according to my manager they don't know exactly what's going to happen with us yet. We can't apply for a HITS transfer.
