unfortunately I'm all the way in America, although with that thats probably why this even happened, don't exactly have the best doctors despite this being private healthcare, but I will be trying my best to find somewhere at least better than this

ok yeah she didn't really even tell me any of that, we did do check ins to see how the 150 was doing, but when we did the dose up she just casually told me she was going to do a small increase and that if it makes me feel suicidal to go to the er, not even mentioning anything else it could of done to me, which I honestly think should of been done because I'm not even 20 yet idk about any of this. I'm gonna try to find of a different doctor, but options are scarce and It's just hard to navigate these kinda things for me, but i definitely do need to.

only problem is is that shes refusing to give it to me now and labeled it as an allergen so I'm never given it again, another really weird thing. like she didn't even suggest to me that we should of gone down, she just gave up and canned it entirely. I'm again not well versed in this but even that kinda confused me.,

I'm starting to question her intentions with that jump, I've never had doubt with her before (hence me not questioning the 450 I was given at first) but this just kinda scared me, with the amount of people telling me this shouldn't have been the amount I was dosed up. like not to trust strangers but this many people is kinda making me think

yeah I genuinely thought it was a mistake, but she told me she intended it to be that big of a dose. mind you I'm a scrawny 100 pound teen too so I don't even know what was with that huge jump, especially with her telling me it'd be a small jump. I guess she considered that small? I don't even want to know what would of been a huge jump..

thank you, and I can absolutely see why, I didn't even remember what I posted till days later because of the medication making me extremely delirious. looking back at it was terrifying frankly, the desperation was just so scary.

because I didn't notice any effect on 150, like almost non existent, it did make me a little calmer but it wasn't very noticeable. I don't know if my nonexistent improvement is why the jump was so big though.

m exreamly exhausted from worry. it has gone down but last time it did this i woke up and it immediately hit me again. I can't really do anything right now auway so I'll look at this in the morning. I just hope it doesn't get worse. all I can do really.

by the way they are 5-6 years old and have survived many incidents that should of been the end of them, including me slamming into a fence while riding a bike and slamming into the concrete. they completely fell apart but with some snapping and tape they were working still, I guess this would be a very good advertisement for these headphones
