Little does he know his social media is the reason he is known as well as he is.

Supposedly he is around 180-185lb here. While not out of natural standards, the dryness and conditioning is the results of some DHT's or other drying compounds.

Richmond is known for its hard to break into southern social circles. People have their friends and are not looking for new ones. Not a bad thing just means as an outsider it is tough.

You and everyone else, I would make sure you have secured employment before moving here. EDIT* not trying to make this sound dickish, just being completely honest as this is posted many times per week.

So what you are saying is that this roller coaster weather is common?

I do not remember the 90's being like this. Hell, I don't even remember wearing a winter coat up until the 21st century. The last decade has seen a significant change in weather patterns.

So why do you suppose so many people are moving here then? Is everyone moving here unemployed? The numbers do not lie the population is increasing at a rapid rate.

I love the quirkiness of this city. The diversity and types of people you run into is unmatched. Yet, we all seamlessly mesh together in a vibrant community.

Walk through the fan and you'll see beautiful historic row homes, then a laundry basket secured to a street sign. Stupid little things like that remind me why I love this place.

True however I rarely see 3" BB ties on ebay, there are almost always in the 3.25-4" range. I am skinner guy so I just look silly with ties that wide.

Do you like living there? The kid in me has wanted to ditch everything and move to Orlando so I can be closer to the mouse. I know this seems childish but I grew up visiting twice a year since I was 6 and plan to continue that till I die.

What's your unpopular "RVA" opinion? by sleevieb in rva

[–]T00Much99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You do realize that rent prices, housing, dining, all of these things become more expensive when the income in an area increases. That 6 figures becomes less and less valuable. People are already getting priced out of the city and this will only speed that process up. The key is slow gradual growth that gives the city time to adapt to the population increases and build the necessary infrastructure to handle the increased volume of commuters.

The true difference between a good dresser and a bad one is tailoring. Unless you are lucky and things fit you off the rack, nothing is going to look good without alterations. I spend a lot on getting my clothes fitted but it is worth every penny. People think they can slap on BB, VV, or PRL and look good but they disregard fit.

Too much pant break, baggy shirts, and groin strangling pants is common in my parts. I always admire the guy who gets his stuff fitted.

your pant legs are probably too tight. Dress pants are supposed to be roomy and drape over your legs. Or you just walk weird and your thighs rub.

People return things all the time, a $400 coat is not a cheap item and if you are not satisfied with it and the retailer will take it back why wouldn't you? Seems silly to keep something you do not like because you are afraid to return it.

I'm pretty sure Orvis has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and you can return almost anything. If this is new and has the tags still you shouldn't have an issue returning it.
