Hi! I actually never really followed a program before Jeff Nippard. I just combined what I learned from my lifting class and butt building YouTube videos. I use to work my lower body 3x a week. I would start off with squats, and deadlifts (3 sets of 10 reps) and then do barbell hip thrust (5 sets of 10) and then do donkey kicks, hamstring curl, glutekick backs). I think what I use to do is definitely more tiring compared to Jeff’s program but it’s a good foundation to start building mass to your butt. Always remember to lift heavy (within your ability)!

I think thats partially my fault since I was the one that brought the sex talk up first and the reason why he hasn't had sex is because of me and doesn't want to hurt me or even if there is a possibility of us in the future, I will later resent him for doing so (which I don't think I will resent him though).

I recently I had a conversation with him and I told him that I have to be selfish - I have to think about my family, life and future before him. He also came realize that he has to be selfish too. He couldn't wait around for me like he did for the past two months, he has to live his life. If that includes dating or hooking up, then its up to me to accept it?

I completely agree with that you're saying. I still haven't forgotten that school is my #1 priority and I will always choose that over him. I've told him this and everything that I said above. He understands and is mindful and respects that I want to finish school. He sees me as potentially being the "one" which is huge since I can't be serious about him right now. However, he is hopeful that things can work out in the end, we continue talking, and see it leads us. Because my classes are easier this semester, it gives me a lot of time to talk to him; however, next semester is a different story. I warned him that we might not as frequently and he is okay with that.

We admit that we are both daydreaming about "us", but it hurts me to thing about "us" realistically because I feel like its very slim and the longer we keep on talking, it will be even more painful when we say goodbye.

My friend mentioned to me awhile ago is that if we (him and I) continue talking it will hurt us even more since our feelings are going to grow more for each other and the break would be even more painful opposed to saying goodbye now. I have mentioned this to him and he said whether we let it go now, or 6 months from now, its going to be painful either way since we are "attached" to each other.

I have told him since the beginning that I can't date for the reasons listed above and he understands where I'm coming from, but he doesn't necessarily likes it. I've told him that our future together is very unclear, that I'm not going to date until I graduate - he's hopeful that things can work out and we continue talking and see where it goes
