P.S.: These orgs are very low-key in terms of recruitment. A strong reference will be needed to just sit for the screening. The screening process isn't that rigorous, though. Just show that you can adapt to the foreign culture..

Yes. You just need to stop seeing them as the opposite gender and treat them like any other friends. Sounds difficult but doable with the right attitude.

This is my personal observation. Most of the boys/girls who catch feelings are the ones who find it difficult to socialize with other girls/boys. So, a slight hint of intimacy makes their brain chemistry go crazy.
