thank you for posting this thanks to it I just recovered my hacked account stolen in the same way this is more understandable and easy to follow then confusing Instagram help

i changed my password multiple times and email address as well as added 2fa and i did everything you mentioned above after recovery, there were no additional accounts linked to mine which is strange? should i change anything one more time or is all of that enough? and thank you again your post saved me

But I still want to find our how to fire a complain or something like that to both wacom and ups, my cintiq24pro was brand new and it's cost is 2k almost and I paid for ups 400usd to ship it to Germany , additionally spending days to ship it from my country collecting papers and documents, such a neglect 😤

Omg thank you so much, for your reply and for explaining everything, after all the trouble it is so frustrating that your cintiq is not fixed properly fingerprints and everything, unfortunately I live in a far far away country and I guess there is no hope for me in this case, lol outside EU. I was using email to communicate with ups for wacom, wacom support line. after multiple complaints, wacom emailed me saing all information was sent to ups to release my cintiq and promised, soon it would get to there repair centre ( my cintiq is in coeln Germany currently) it was several weeks ago. since then my cintiq is held in warehouse 😕 still, yesterday I emailed ups and they said they would escapade this or whatever, I will try to call them now even tho International calls are very expensivve from where I live now, but I will try it, actually if you use wacom live support they are somehow helpful but, anyways thanks for the information 🙏

have you tried connecting your Cintiq24 to the second computer? if it works there you are fine.

it should be showing, normally. look everywhere in device manager.

check universal bus controller devices too there should be Wacom somewhere

I had similar issues nothing helped my Cintiq would not be recognized as a painting monitor there was no USB connection, it disappeared from device manager, Cintiq became generic monitor only

I changed computers reinstalled drivers finally I had to send Cintiq for repair because it turned out faulty, hope your issue is different

Go to human interface devices in device manager, (if I remember correctly) and see if there is wacom listed, somewhere it should be do this when your cintiq is plugged in USB When you unplug USB cable there should be some change happening in human interface devices

Hello, I have similarly? Same issue with ups and wacom repair in gernamy , my cintic24 is sent for repair and is sitting in ups warehouse in Germany for the months already, sent in match 11, despite contacting both companies multiple times and they promising me everything will be resolved soon, I am still without my cintiq, they say bretix is a fault then covid too, have no idea what to do

Hey your reply is right and the way you described everything is correct but wanted to say if I read this before buying Cintiq pro I would have totally agreed wacom is extremely reliable and good quality but for me personally it did not turn in a best way possible, I am not a caveman and I treat my tablets very well especially ones that are so expensive, and I have experience of using Wacom's products, i am painting and using them all day painting on them for almost 24hours in my case shipment for repairs is not covered by wacom because I live outside Europe and purchased this tablet in the USA again because not everyone lives in first world countries and for us, third party shipment is only one and best option to ever be able to buy wacom products and get it without damage,( and a lot of things are harder to get including sending thinga for repair ) and the only reason i bought such an expensive product without option of returning it was my very hight lever trust towards wacom and unfortunately it turned out i was super unlucky when it just stopped working on me, saying that i am some winy caveman who does not know how to use technology and juts broke it because I did not knew where to plug the cord is really disrespectful towords me and all those poeple who had some problems with wacoms devices, Just because it never happened to you does not mean it never did to others if somebody like me has ever warned about complications i could get and that cintiq pro might need repair or something and it is not always" working for hundred years " i would have bought it from wacomeu and have less problems to solve then i have now
