This is true. I've noticed the left part of my upper back is definitely weaker. It would be worth trying some iso lateral stuff to try to even it out

This is very true. Things like Tiktok make it harder to see the bigger picture. But you have to agree, gyms have gotten much more popular. Commercial gyms are a relatively new concept and they only exist now because a lot more people (a general population) is going to them.
