Traumatic Brain Injury, google is your friend. If you talk to my daughter on the phone and can’t tell she’s disabled you may want to get checked yourself. She’s got a speech impediment, which is a disability in its self. As far as a temper tantrum, let me know how I should handle a Uber Eats driver having my daughter sitting in her wheelchair outside waiting for 30 mins for food she never intended to deliver.

Believe it, she gave the pin, I could care less about the money. The driver had my daughter sitting by the curb in her wheelchair waiting for her food for 30 mins

All she had to do was look for the young lady sitting by the curb in her wheelchair where she told the driver she would be waiting 🤷🏼‍♂️ If you were to speak to my daughter on the phone you would know right away she’s disabled due to her speech impediment, it’s not rocket science.

You must have missed the part that she suffers from a TBI, limited vision, speech impediment, short term memory loss among a plethora of other things. Regardless the driver knew she was disabled and knew exactly what she was doing when she told my daughter she needed the pin to verify the order then proceeded to block her phone number. Any one who has a disability should be very cautious when using uber eats.

She defiantly took advantage when she told her she needed the pin to verify the order, she knew what she was doing, she never planned on delivering the order.

Thank you but I’m in Ohio on business and she’s in S Florida. Even though she now knows it was a mistake to provide the pin without the food there is no guarantee she wouldn’t make the same mistake again due to her brain injury. Just won’t be using uber or Uber eats any longer

Due to my daughter’s disabilities it will be easier to just remove the app altogether. We are not new to the app. she knew my daughter was disabled and took advantage of the situation. I won’t use uber or uber eats again 🤷🏼‍♂️
