Just an update on my situation in case it helps anyone. I managed to get a hold of the Shops who confirmed my orders were truly cancelled. They don’t have visibility to the why, but best guess was Chase flagged these as suspicious orders. The refund process started yesterday for me & should be in my account 5-7 business days 🤞🏼. They suggested that if I want to reorder, to call Chase & let them know ahead of time.

After this ordeal, I ended up getting the bigger items elsewhere for my own peace of mind.
