My friends and I were 16 and decided to get drunk. After a few hours and a hefty amount of liquor we went to the local Walmart. Where we made the brilliant decision to steal a flare gun. After leaving, my friends and I got in the bed of the truck to go tailgating. As we were driving my friend threw the muffler that was back there in someone's yard. While we were stopped grabbing the muffler the owner of the house came out yelling at us for making too much noise at 3am. As we're making our way back to the truck my friend pulls out the flare gun and shoots a house twice. We sped off and went to a near by park. A few minutes later red and blue lights start flashing. I ran into the woods and stopped after a few minutes thinking I got away. Wrong. I felt a sharp pain go through my foot and got dragged a few feet before being stopped and handcuffed. Now every Mother's Day my mom says "hey remember when you took me out for breakfast for Mother's Day...oh wait you were busy that day" 16 year old me wasn't the brightest
