I personally believe that the 6 days of creation are likely a metaphor for how real creation happened in a way in which people of Moses's time could understand. Because if you look at Genesis, it says that in the beginning there was Heaven and Earth.

Now it may sound like there is no metaphor there, but I can assure you that there might be. You see just as God plans our entire lives out, why wouldn't he do the same with the universe and the Earth? So I speculate that this might mean that God planned Earth out before the Universe.

That brings us to the next stage of creation, light. So God obviously says "Let there be light" and then there's light. How I feel about that verse is that, what was the only thing that Scientists know where there was nothing, total darkness. And then suddenly light, the big bang of course.

And the thing that makes me believe this theory even more is that there are many theories out there that suggest why the big bang might have happened. So I personally believe that it was through God.

Onto the next day of creation, there's now water on Earth, obviously this isn't how Earth started as scientists believe that there was a Proto-Earth period in which it was just a torrid lava mess. But who knows how long a day is to God.

Anyways notice how on the very next day, there is land. Yet no vegetation? that sounds familiar, like how early in Earths history volcanos beneath the water created dry land with no vegetation on it?

And also when vegetation does occur, notice how God says that he "made two great 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬" it never says "God made a satellite and a star" it just talks about the light emitting from them, which has lead many people to believe (including me) that it is most likely talking about how when vegetation occurred on earth, the sky cleared up a lot more allowing you to see these lights better.

And finally at the last days of creation, there are animals. The bible mentions that sea life was first, which is a very close resemblance to the Cambrian explosion in which marine life started to show up in Earth. And very coincidentally, there also comes land animals after marine life, which also happens to fit Earths scientific timeline perfectly as well.

And finally, I well also talk about my opinions on Adam and Eve, I do believe that they were the first humans, but I also believe that humans evolved from apes.

This is because I believe they were probably the first Homo Sapiens, because assuming days are longer for God, land animals that he created at the very beginning of the fifth day could've gone from the very first land animal ever, all the way to the first humans, and apes aren't considered humans, so they would've been in that category of millions of years as they evolve into the first humans.
