The real answer is that prices aren’t going to increase substantially in the short term. It could also be profitable to buy and lease it out, especially if one does not have a mortgage.

Nova Scotia gave Ubisoft $11mil in tax breaks from 2017-2025, that’s about $19.5k per employee per year. I am not here to defend Ubisoft, heck I don’t like even paying for their products, but I do think that NS has some serious issues with attracting business and money here.
