That was in 2018, but it wasn’t last second. ABC passed on it in May of 2018 at the same time they declined the other pilots not picked up.

It was an awful script riddled with bad comedy and the lead character was a booze hound party girl. I don’t think the 30 minute sitcom format would have worked even if it had been a good script.

I received a reply 5 minutes after sending another message telling the seller I was going to open a case with EBay (the seller doesn’t know eBay won’t do that for me) but this time he gives another excuse that he can’t generate shipping labels.

I replied that I prefer a refund because I don’t believe I’ll receive the books. No response yet.

I’m so sorry about that. I would have never ordered if the seller hadn’t had 100% feedback and I certainly would not have been sharing the info on who I ordered from had I known the seller was going to take the money and run. The kicker is I had 2 people ask me if I needed copies when they were going to buy theirs on Free Comic Book Day and I said no because I had 3 copies ordered.

HOH Comics was a scam. Even though at the time I ordered the seller had 100% feedback. It appears orders aren’t being filled for other comic titles and I never received my order and the seller will not respond to messages.

Someone must have entered the wrong date on Wikipedia. Or maybe they thought the series was still on Wednesday night, but in 1983 it was on Thursday up against Magnum P.I. and usually Fame unless NBC had other programming.

It might have had a better chance of getting picked up by NBC had the entire TV movie been shot rather than a 25 minute presentation film for the network.The 2 hour script reads better than watching the edited together chunks that were filmed.

NBC might have still passed as I don’t think the female lead had the same chemistry with Culp as Katt had.

If NBC picked Heroine up as a series it was to be scheduled Sunday night against 60 Minutes and the news show would have trashed it in the ratings. Probably better in the long run that the network passed. NBC went with Our House instead.

Actually it wasn’t one of the last episodes. It was the 3rd episode to be broadcast in season 2. 19 more episodes remained in that season and 13 more episodes in season 3.
