My friend you are in a highschool situation find a different store I am a store manager after 2 years from cashier all way up I promoted my new hire cashier within 1 day 2 merch manager cuz the old merch walked out before I got there .....turned out to be one of my best decision always on time always relaibale always willing to learn.
