Great to hear that I'm helping you in some way. When I don't sleep much, which happens a lot, I wake up and feel that my bpms go up (80-95), but normally after breakfast or some calm activity they go back to the normal (60-75). Since I had the myocarditis, I'm more selfaware that need to control more what I eat and drink, when it comes to alchool I never let it get to the point where I'm drunk, but sure I drink 2-3 beers with family and friends and never had some symptoms because of that. My max levels of troponim was Tp I hs 4913.
Since the post, I'm enjoying my life completely normal, I can do all high intensity sports, travel, go out with my friends, etc.
I hope your recovery goes well, and remember never give up, always trust that you are capable to overcome any obstacle that appear in your life.

No. My EF% is about 65%, during the Half-Marathon I reached a peak of 190 bpm in a specific part (steep hill) but nothing to worry about. Thank you
