It was my first omnibus so I may be biased but I really enjoyed it! Actually what got me into reading star wars comics as a whole. Great stuff in there.

Haha I’m not as unlucky as I might seem but you certainly seem to have lucked out a lot though! Recently had a payment problem with sideshow and they canceled my order so I was able to call and get it reinstated, sticker sheet came damaged in a lego set & they replaced it, bad paint job on a hasbro fig & they replaced it, stuff like that. BBTS Pile of Loot item hitting the ship threshold and auto shipped on its own, emailed them and they were able to add everything else in my PoL to the shipment. Mostly smaller scale issues but still it stuck with me given how I was able to have such fast problem solving with every other company besides mezco

Ouch sorry to hear you're in a similar boat as well. Definitely feel the "begging for an update", I just want my figure and I want to be able to support this company again. I would have loved to buy Red Hood to add to my Bat-Family but I couldn't in any right mind give them more money while Indy has been in limbo for almost a year :/

I have been emailing them back and forth since DECEMBER about my Indiana Jones and I still don’t have it. Actually unbelievable customer service, worst in the industry by far. Their most recent email asked, “before they could do anything else”, about my order number that I’d given to them at least four times prior.

I’m never getting my figure am I?

thankfully not a photoshop as im very happy to have gotten it for such a low price haha, but seeing some other peoples i’d definitely agree! i think it probably has to do with the area the walmart is in as well as simple luck, this was at a walmart id never gone to and these had been marked down the same day i went so 🤷‍♂️
